In the afternoon, the Board held a hearing on the merits of the Bay Creek (650 San Pedro Road) development project. The Board previously denied an application for a 12 lot subdivision at this site and the applicants returned with a revised proposal. After hearing a staff presentation and public testimony, the Board approved staff’s recommended alternative, consisting of 10 lots. As part of the project, the applicant will also be required to pay affordable housing in-lieu fees.
