The Board will consider applications for two openings on the Retirement Board, four term expirations on the Commission for Aging, three term experations on the Fish and Wildlife Commission, five term expirations on the Library Commission, four at-large term expirations on the Parks and Open Space Commission; five term experiations on the Women's Commission and 18 term expirations on the Workforce Investment Board.

The Board made the following appointments:
- Retirement Board: Jeffrey Bartfeld and David Shore
- Commission for Aging: Francie Bedinger, Patricia Smith, Sharon Turner, James Monson
- Fish and Wildlife Commission: Gary Frugoli, Alex Nichelini, Ed Schulze
- Library Commission: Lynn David Fickbohm, Martin Perlmutter, Albert Brewster, Cal Kurzman
- Parks and Open Space Commission: Larry Kennings, Greg Zitney. The commission has two seats remaining. The Board requested six applicants be interviewed: Raphael Durr, Jay Eickenhorst, Thomas Gaman, Charles Higgins, Cheryl Mitchell, David Ross. The interview dates are to be announced later.
- Women's Commission: Mary Anne Hoover, Anna Pletcher, Jane Winter, Martina Bedar, Kristine Cirby
- Workforce Investment Board: Rudy Collins, Jennifer Gotti, Kelley Hartman, Joanne Peterson, Clare Shanahan, Rick Wells, David Zwicky (business representatives); Jack Buckhorn, Mary Ruth Gross, Bill Scott, Hunter Stern (labor representatives); Ken Lippi (education representative); Makini Hassan (Economic Development Agency representative); Donna Lemmon, Cecilia Zamora (community-based organization representatives); Mary Kay Sweeney (one-stop agency representative).
