2. Stafford Lake Bike Park

Preview

The Board will hear a request from Marin County Parks to authorize the Board President to execute a sponsorship agreement with Wilderness Trail Bikes, Inc., in the amount of $25,000, to support construction of the Stafford Lake Bike Park just west of Novato. If approved, the fundraising total would be $290,000, or about one-third of the fundraising goal for the park.

3. Appointments

The Board will consider applications for an opening on the Human Rights Commission, one on the Library Commission and one on the Youth Commission.

4. Easton Point Development

Preview

The Board will consider certification of the 2008 Easton Point Residential Development (Rezoning, Master Plan, Precise Development Plan, Tentative Subdivision Map) Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The applicant, Martha Company, proposes to create 43 residential lots on 49.6 acres near the Tiburon town limits for the development of single-family homes.

The Board gave direction to staff for additional follow-up. The staff is expected to report back to the Board on Dec. 3, 2013.
