The Board will conduct a hearing to consider of the Izquierdo Appeal of the Planning Commission’s approval of the Tonulton Pacific LLC Design Review, 222 Beryl Street, Mill Valley. On May 12, the Planning Commission conditionally approved the design of a 4,060-square-foot residence with a detached 506-square-foot garage on a lot of 13,536 square feet. The decision was appealed by Ron Izquierdo. Community Development Agency staff recommends denying the appeal and sustain the Planning Commission's action by adopting a resolution to approve the project.
The Board denied the appeal and upheld the Planning Commission’s approval.
