The Board will hear a request from the Human Resources Director, effective July 6, 2014, to approve a 2.8 percent general salary adjustment for non-represented employees. The Board's past practice has been to provide increases for non-represented employees consistent with those of similarly situated represented employees to assure consistency and fairness. The proposed adjustment is consistent with the most recent Consumer Price Index (CPI).
