The Board will hear a request from the County Administrator to approve Community Service Allocations for Application Period No. 2 (October 1, 2014 through December 15, 2014). The Community Service Fund provides one-time allocations between $1,000 and $10,000 to nonprofit service providers or other governmental entities that provide a measurable benefit to Marin residents. Board-sponsored applications are considered by the County Administrator’s Office for potential funding.
The Board approved the allocations, which total $78,500 spread out among 22 agencies.
