The Board will conduct a Tax Equity and Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) hearing and hear a request for tax-exempt financing by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority (CSCDA) for issuance of up to $7.5 million of tax-exempt conduit obligations to finance and refinance capital improvements to certain senior living facilities of Aldersly located at 326 Mission Avenue, San Rafael. Aldersly, a nonprofit public benefit corporation, operates a continuing care retirement community of 30 assisted living apartments and 20 beds of licensed skilled nursing care. It plans to make capital improvements on its facility.
The Board conducted the hearing.
