Review

Board President Katie Rice read the following:

Bridget Fricke’s nominations from colleagues are filled with accolades, most notably her “can do” spirit. Her willingness to assist throughout the department in administration, appraisal, and change in ownership is commended. She displays excellent customer service, cheerfully assisting the public at the front counter.

Bridget has a ready response to requests, completing tasks thoroughly and quickly. She is proactive and often asks “What can I do?” She demonstrates a sense of quality, ownership and pride in her work. Bridget speaks up when there is a problem and offers solutions that will improve the department’s efficiency and conservation of resources.

Bridget is a quick learner with a warm and witty sense of humor that puts others at ease. She is an inspiration to many “to do better and to do it with style.” Bridget is a stellar representative of a County of Marin employee and deserves recognition as Employee of the Month. Congratulations, Bridget!
