No earlier than 10 a.m., the Board will hear a request to adopt a resolution commending Novato City Manager Michael Frank for his service to the city and the broader Marin community. The Novato City Council appointed Frank on May 18, 2009, during the midst of the economic downturn. He was responsible for overseeing the city’s $61 million annual budget, which includes more than $13 million annually in capital improvements. Frank has announced he will leave his post at the end of the calendar year to explore new opportunities.
The Board adopted the resolution and congratulated Michael Frank.
