After convening at 9 a.m., the Board will hear a request from the Department of Human Resources to approve tentative agreement with the Marin County Deputy Sheriff’s Association for a successor 3-year Collective Bargaining Agreement. The tentative three-year agreement reflects many of the County’s long-term priorities, including eliminating the County’s contribution toward the employees’ share of pension costs by July 2018, amending health benefits to ensure affordability for employees, and providing salary increases to keep them in line with those of other counties.
The Board approved the tentative agreement with the Deputy Sheriff's Association.
