The Board will hear a request from Human Resources to approve wage and adjustments for non-represented classes. The Board routinely provides salary increases and adjustments for employees who are not represented by unions or associations to ensure consistency among job classifications. The Human Resources Department recommends a 3 percent general wage adjustment for employees from nine units and a .67 percent reduction in employer paid member contributions. The adjustments would result in an incremental cost increase of $905,189 for fiscal year 2017-18.
