At 9 a.m., the Board will conduct a planning workshop to discuss the County’s two-year 2018-20 budget process with overview of long-term facility needs and recommended strategies to better fund and address the deferred maintenance of County facilities. Staff from the Department of Public Works is recommending the expenditure of $2 million more per year to be spent on County facilities. The workshop is informational only and not actionable by the Board.
