The Board will hear a request from the Community Development Agency to adopt a resolution ratifying the Board action of March 13 upholding the Brandon Sullivan et al. appeal and denying the 187 Sacramento LLC (formerly 179 Sacramento LLC) Design Review and Tree Removal Permit. The property at 187 Sacramento Avenue is located in the unincorporated Sleepy Hollow neighborhood (APN 177-172-20, 10, 18, 19). The Board concluded in March that the project, consisting of a 3,300-square-foot home and 640-square-foot garage on a vacant hillside lot, was not supportable. However, the Board said a future development proposal could be viewed more favorably if plans were altered. Staff recommends that the Board ratify the denial from March.
