Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account Revenues

Board of Supervisors

Meeting Date: 4/14/2020

The Board will hear a request from the Department of Public Works to consider adopting a resolution accepting $3,827,265 in State Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account revenues, related to annual allocation of funds from the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 (Senate Bill 1). The bill provides $54 million in revenue over 10 years, including an estimated $4.1 million each year to the County of Marin. To accept the state allotment, the County must expend a percentage of its discretionary funding on road maintenance, and the County has met that requirement.

The Board adopted the resolution.
