The Board will hear a request to commend Marin County Probation Chief Mike Daly on his retirement and hear a request from the County Administrator to appoint Marlon Washington as the new Probation Chief. Daly retires after 30 years with the department and 11 years as chief. Washington joins the County after working many years in Napa and Contra Costa counties.
