When Electricity Fails Guideline for Food Facilities during power outages

Reusable Foodware Ordinance The County of Marin and several jurisdictions are considering new ordinances that would encourage the use of reusable foodware products (i.e., plates, bowls, utensils, straws, etc) at retail food facilities. Residents and businesses are encouraged to learn more and track the project.

AB 2524: New Law that allows caterers to operate at a host facility and sell direct to public.
