Project Description

The Marin County Planning Division intends to propose to rezone Assessor’s Parcels number 164-310-06. The current zoning for the property is A2 (Limited Agriculture, 2-acre minimum lot area). The proposed zoning will be ARP-6 (Agricultural Residential Planned, 1 unit/6 acres).

As part of LV Ranch Capital Partners LLC Design Review (DR 03-68) the owner proposed to extinguish four of the six potential residential parcels on the 12.5-acre property allowed under the A2 zoning district. This proposal was carried out by condition of approval 18, which stated that the rezoning shall be to an agricultural residential planned district with an allowed residential density of one primary dwelling unit per six acres or equivalent.
