San Rafael, CA - The Marin County Flood Control & Water Conservation District will host a Ross Valley Flood Protection & Watershed Program Open House on Saturday, December 13, from 8 a.m. to noon at the Ross Valley Fire Station at 777 San Anselmo Avenue in San Anselmo.
